Sheila Stoltz was raised in Irvington-on-Hudson, New York. She attended The Hackley School and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy in 1985, Harvard College in 1989, and Harvard Business School in 1994. Sheila's entire professional career, including seven years at Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Investment Banking and Asset Management Divisions as well as three years as a research analyst at Cohen & Steers Capital Management, has focused on real estate finance, valuation analysis, and executing real estate transactions.
Sheila has worked as a Realtor® for nearly 20 years and is consistently the top producer in the Bronxville market and one of the top producers in Westchester. Sheila is very active in the community. She is a member of The Bronxville Field Club and Saint Andrews Golf Club located in Hastings-on-Hudson. Sheila is an accomplished golfer and racquets player. Sheila lives in Bronxville with her husband Murray and their three children McKenna, Conner, and Molly.
